Roof vs ground dryer vents — why Boulder County prices differ

Most Boulder County homes vent the dryer through a short ground or side-wall run. Some go up to a roof cap or a second-story wall. Access and safety change the work, so we publish two flat prices instead of a surprise quote at the door.

Ground or side-wall exits — $129

If the outdoor cap is at ground level or a first-floor side wall, and the duct run is short, the job is a standard clean at $129. That covers the full clean from the dryer connection out to the cap, a basic inspection, airflow check, before-and-after photos, and cleanup.

Roof or upper-floor exits — $169

If the vent exits on the roof, a second story, or the duct run is long, the job is a difficult clean at $169. Ladders, roof work, and longer pulls take more time and gear. The flat price still covers the same clean scope — just for that harder access.
