Pricing
Three numbers. That is the whole price list.
No estimate visit, no per-foot charges, no weekend surcharge. You see which tier you are in before you book, and it does not change once we are at the door.

How we decide
Standard or difficult comes down to where the duct ends
Ground-floor side wall
Standard. We work from outside and inside at floor level, no ladder.
Roof termination
Difficult. Ladder setup, roof safety, and a longer rod run add about forty minutes.
Long or bending runs
Difficult once the run passes roughly 15 feet or turns more than twice.
Not sure which you have
Book the standard clean. If we find roof access or a long run we tell you before starting — you can still walk away with nothing owed.
Annual plan
$109 a year, and you stop thinking about it
Most homes need this once a year. After your first visit, the plan is the same clean at $20 off, scheduled the same month every year, with a reminder from us a week ahead so you can move it if the week is bad.
Cancel any year, no fee, no phone tree. Ask about it when you book or mention it in your request notes.
What the plan includes
- One full clean a year, same month
- $20 off the published price, locked
- Photos and airflow reading every visit
- First pick of route slots before public booking
Pricing questions
Is there a trip or fuel charge?
No. The published price is the whole price for a scheduled visit in our five towns.
What if my home turns out to be difficult?
We tell you before any work starts. You either approve $169 or send us on our way — nothing owed either way.
How do I pay?
Nothing is charged to hold a time. You pay after the visit — by card link or invoice, or on site.
Do you clean HVAC ducts too?
No. Dryer vents only — it is the one thing we do, and it is why the price can be flat.
Is the annual plan a contract?
No. It renews yearly after your first visit, and you can cancel any year with an email.
What about same-day service?
Call us. Same-day and single-stop trips sit outside the route sheet, so they are quoted on the phone.
See the price. See if we have a time.
Two questions, then your published price and a request for the days that work.
