These terms cover the public site, booking requests, the waitlist, and SMS if you opt in.

The service
Boulder County Dryer Vent offers residential dryer vent cleaning in the Boulder County towns listed on this site. An online booking request is a request until we confirm a time by text or email. Published prices apply to work that matches the eligibility answers you submit; if the home does not match, we tell you before any work starts and you may decline with nothing owed.
Cancellation
Cancel 24 hours or more before the visit for a refund. Cancel less than 24 hours before the visit and the amount is credited for 90 days.
What we can refuse
We may decline unsafe roof conditions, commercial plants, multi-unit risers, or homes outside the listed area. If we decline after a visit starts because the job does not match the booking, we will say so before charging for a visit that was not performed.
Payments
Nothing is charged to hold a time. Payment is due before the visit, by card through Stripe only. We do not take cash, checks, Venmo, or Zelle. Charges appear on your statement as Boulder County Dryer Vent.
Texts
If you opt in to SMS, you agree to receive texts from Boulder County Dryer Vent at the mobile number you give us. Those messages come from (720) 605-3198, our primary business phone. Those messages are about your visit and your service — not mass marketing or promotional blasts. We may send appointment confirmations, reminders, and day-of updates; missed-call callbacks when you reached us and we could not pick up; customer-care replies to a question you already started; and, after a completed visit, a friend or warm ask for a Google Business Profile review. We do not text review asks to people who did not hire us, and we do not run mass review campaigns.
